Other then drivers? Nope. But you can get a new off-board graphic card that plugs into your bus slots like PCI or ISA for your on-board(integrated) graphics.
First head over to your computer's motherboard manufacturer's site and look for a manual. Check to make sure you can upgrade the board's integrated graphic card.
Note* some don't allow you to disable the integrated graphics.
Next find out what type of slot yo have PCI, ISA, or etc. You can do this buy looking at the specifications in your mother board's manual.
After that go buy a graphic card that for thy type of bus and make sure it has at least over 128MB memory.

If your motherboard has an AGP slot, you can add a better graphics card and disable the on-board graphics in the Device Manager.

first find out what your onboard graphics chipset/maker is
then go to their website and download the newest "drivers" for your video
