I have been in a long fight to get a paternity test on Kim. I have just found out the task is going to be harder than I thought and probably won't happen. I have been trying to follow the law, while Kim's mother, Karen has broken it. It is an almost impossible fight to start with.
I made a website about my search for Kim and am wondering what people think of it and make sure I din't go too far with it. I tried my best to put anger aside and put down what I know and some 'open letters' to the people involved.
I was going to advertise in the local paper where they live but the paper said no, because they feared a slander lawsuit, but it's not slander when it is the truth.
So, did I go over the top with the website? http://SearchingForKim.com

dale,
there isn't any other ways except direct contact which is risky for Kim's emotions. This is a situation where the laws don't work. I do have papers filed in the courts finally but the courts will most likely dismiss it and they won't be done before Kim turns 18.
I will not sit and wait like the state agencies thinks a guy in my position should do.

Cowboy,
Since when is the truth slader? I didn't use any last names and spoke the truth.
They won't try to take me to court because that is the one place I want them.

Oh, and when I say it's been a long fight, bear in mind that it has been going on for about 13 years. Kim is now 16.
