Take it to the dry cleaners, that's what I do when my designer bags get dirty. If the stains don't come out completely, Donney and Bourke has a register program where they'll replace the damaged bag with one of, or more than the current value of your bag. Did you receive a little form inside the inner pocket of your bag?? If you did and filled it out and mailed it in, you should have no problem replacing it. If you didn't receive or fill out the form then I'm sure you can go to Donney and Bourke's web site and see what other options you may have... Good luck!

Diluted washing up liquid with a warm cloth should do it but if the stains are very bad or have been there a while, I'd take it to the dry cleaners to be steamed out.

First try checking out their website I did this with my coach bag for cleaning tips. If there is nothing there don't use hot water - hot water usually sets stains.

When did you purchase the bag? If it is new, you should be able to take it to a D&B seller to have it cleaned. If not call and ask what to use. Don't just use whatever... you do not want to ruin the bag

Here's the company website: http://store.dooney.com/OA_HTML/ibeCZzpHome.jsp?minisite=10020&respid=22372
It has contact information so you can ask them for help/recommendations.
You can also check a few dry cleaners that work w/ leather goods & ask them if they can do the job.
Research before you try to DIY to avoid ruining your bag.

try going online at "www.dooney.com" they should have a product specifically for the purse. also, when you are not using the purse buy one of those bags that you can put it in. it's very soft and will protect the purse.
