NH2 - is polar

SiF6 2- is polar

SiF5 - is polar

N2F2 polarity depends on geometry of molecule.

CH2Cl2 polar

NO2-, BF4(-) are also polar.

C2H2Cl2 polarity depends on geometry of molecule.

I'm not sure about the rest, but I know that SiF6 2- is non polar
