Absolutely. Just follow the dosing guidelines on the bottle. There is not danger to your baby, after all, they usually give you tylenol in the hospital for pain after you have a baby.

Sure, but I wouldn't make it a habit. They had me taking Oxycontin or something like that at the hospital after my c-section and I was learning how to breastfeed my baby.

yes and tylenol is the only pain med you can take. nothing else I guess because of aspirin. also call an advice line or your doctor.
