You just pour it into a clear bottle, and hold it in front of your eyes when you look at the moon.

i don't think that blue hair dye would penetrate the hard rock surfaces of the moon very well. so it probably wouldn't take.

It'd be kinda hard to wash it out and rinse well. Suggest use of spray paint instead.....
