Neither. For the person who said Italy, you better check again cause Italy has no speeding laws and no traffic lights etc. Italy has the highest number of road fatalities in the world. Laws in Europe are not as strict as in America, not for driving anyway. Everyone is nuts in Europe. I know this cause I have European friends who tell me about road accidents and such all the time. If Americans wouldn't drink and drive, they would be the best drivers. I think drivers suck no matter where they are from.

Europeans. I have been to Switzerland and Italy many times. Their accident and ticket ratios to us are WAYYYY lower. They drive faster there as well. But in Italy EVERYONE drives fast. Unlike here, where there is a mix of slow, fast. Everyone going the same speed there, keeps accidents down. Everyone there is on the same page...
