it looks like theres dried Up Water on it, (the shiny shiny side)...and whenn i put it inside my computer nothing shows up, i guess its really gucky , so what can i clean it with? that wont ruin the data in the cd?

The CD has degraded to the point that your photos are likely ruined.

The manufacturers claimed that CDs should last about a hundred years, but that hasn't be proved. Sunlight, heat and moisture can wreck them in months. A cool, dark and dry place is recommended.

TIP: I store all my favourite pix on Yahoo Photos, and never lost a single one yet.
