I work as a graphic designer for a small printing company. i do not get paid a lot, but i really need the experience and the references too to find really good job i deserve. I am a very good worker and i have been working for about 4 months.
My boss behaves so werid, at first he was very nice to me, he said that they are like a family at his company, now he tells me one and the same annoying compliments. I have never been flirting and i dress very decent.
Once i left my phone at work and he picked it up when my friend was calling and talked to her. Next day he told me that she has a sexy voice, and if she is one of of those girls who would like to get money in exchange for sexual service. I was so shocked.
He tells me about the prostitutes he goes to, and i really don't know how to react. i have seen people who talk too much, but is it the case?He always acts like a nice person though.
i was really hoping to put this job experience in my resume. what shall i do?

Wow. That really p!sses me off! This dirty old man thinks he has you over a barrel. He knows you need to work for his company to gain the experience for your resume. Let me tell you something, sweetie. There are other small printing companies who would kill for a graphics designer. Get the hell out and find another company to work for who will appreciate your talents in the workplace.

Leave the job and state the true reason if you asked you will be respected. Your boss is a pevert and taking advantage of you, don't give him the chance.
If you quit he may realise and back-off if he needs you, if not you must be prepared to leave for your own good.

This kind of thing creeps me out. As much as you need the experience I'd start hunting for other employment. Your boss sounds like a pervert and you should really be careful. is this job really worth it? there may be other oportunities out there.

you should go:
"you know, Mr. So and So, I feel uncomfortable when you share these stories of prostitution and comment with a sexual undertone about women in general. I really would appreciate it if you could refrain from sharing those commentaries with me"
you think that is too straight forward?

This is called sexual harrassment. Sue his asssssss. Report his behavior, for real. You are being harrassed. Go to human resources or look on the internet for sexual harrassment. It is illegal to be fired for reporting this.
