Just had an interview. Only recall the name of one of the individuals who interviewed me. Furthermore, I only have the contact information for the individual who reviewed my resume. If I send her my thank you letter after the interview, is it appropriate? Will she eventually forward it to the people who interviewed me? Thank you.

You have obviously been interviewed by a team of interviewers so it is best that you send the thank you letter to the person in charge of the team. That could be the HRD Manager or some other guy. Call the company and find out. There is nothing wrong with that. I hope this helps.
Peace and blessings!

Ouch! This is definately the kind of info you should get at the interview.
You can send her the thank you letter (I'm glad you're doing this) and keep your fingers crossed.
Good luck.
Appropriate? Yes. Very!
