First you have to understand that fear is good, but it is not always truthful. Most of the time the fear has far more bite than the problem we perceive.
There are always more ways to look at everything than the one that causes fear:
How we see things.
How others see things.
How we think others see things.
How things really are.
None of these are usually the same thing, So which is correct and worthy of worry of fear? Usually none of them when they are faced head on.
When exposed to the light most of the time the situation we perceived did not even exist. Face it head on. Don't rent space in your head to it, There are lots of better emotions to have running around up there.
Good luck

my greatest fear was heights. They say go up high and deal with it, to get used to it. Well I never did , it seemed to get worse in fact to the point where if i was on a roof towards the end I would completely freeze up . Then I got on Paxil for my anxiety and as a side effect it pretty much wiped it out almost at once . Now I can stand on the edge and look down and it doesnt freak me out at all . Still not crazy about being up high but i can definitely ignore it now .

worry is a course to the darkish part. worry ends up in anger, anger bring about hate, hate ends up in suffering. area of how is to stand your thoughts because it relatively is the only thank you to deliver stability and peace to your self. There are 2 the thank you to deal alongside with your fears. you may repress them or triumph over them. so as to triumph over your fears you should face them head on. you do no longer should not be afraid, merely be keen to end a job whilst confronted by skill of your fears. settle on your fears as they seem to be a factor of you and subsequently make up a factor of who you're, yet in no way enable them to stay away from you or reason you to doubt your self and in no way under any condition enable them to make or substitute your judgements.
