Moose don't herd ever, the biggest groups are a harem during mateing seoson. A big male will attract a group of females in the fall. But if they ever did I would call them a flock of meese.

It's just moose. lol for example, if you saw several standing out in the field you'd simply say 'Look at all the moose.' It's just that the sentence has to change to gramatically fit it.
