Just take Form 14-A and stand in the blue line.
The guy at the window will give you Form 273-Q.
Fill this out and take it to Window 8.
Then you just have to pass the Driving Test, the Written Exam, and the Citizen in Distress Test.
Take your test results over to the Identity Registration booth. They will let you know if your Superhero name has already been taken.

Congratulations!!!
You are a full fledged Super-Hero!!
