Getty more active will definately improve your health and also improve the look of your body, skin, hair etc... But that is not all you have to do. Proper diet is essential also. If you are having trouble with knowing what is good and what is bad, seek some help from a nutritionist, personal trainer, doctor etc.... Looking great on the outside doen't represent how you look on the inside all the time. You really need to look after the insides to, to achieve the best results of health. Good luck :)

5. Join 24 Hours Fitness Center and participate in their group exercises, do some liftings

when i started to do swimming when i was 24, i noticed some real changes in my body, i can think more clearly, my entire body was looking more toned and i felt much better about myself, i tried other ways of fitness but this is the absolute best, i can get a good nights sleep when im doing lengths in the baths.

start off slowly, it will be exhaustive at first, but its worth. your fitness will improve in time and it will pay off.

i spend at least one hour in each session and go as often as i can, but quality is better than quantity.

I would suggest proper diet and excercise. Taking yoga i heared can make you loose weight. Don't eat too much at night also bec you wont be burning those fats. Sleep early and get well rest.
