Yes very handy......my wife says so every time she needs money or her car serviced (yep, I'm the handy-man alright, but it's all good that is what I am there for - to keep her and our kids happy, I love it)!

Nope. It's sad, really. I mean, I'm a guy, so I'm supposed to be "handy". All guys are supposed to be handy. But, my dad wasn't, and my grandfathers weren't, so it's just not in the genes, I guess. The few things that I can do, I learned from do-it-yourself books and watching HGTV on cable. Drives my wife crazy.
I did put in a garage door opener once..... that's about the only clever thing I ever did.

I'm a girl and I built a table all by myself. I used a sheet of 4X8 plywood and built a sturdy base. I'm quite proud of it. Guys have complimented it!

yes. but i'm single, so it's ok = 0 lol!
i can fix pretty much anything. i save a lot of money by doing my own repairs. i don't have to ever pay for a mechanic, and i do all my own home repairs. my dad was a jack of all trades, and has graciously passed down his knowledge. thanks dad!

nope. i can change a lightbulb and hammer a nail, and that's about the extent of it. i'm the only person i know who flunked shop TWICE. (really and truly.)
