I'm a naturalized citzen, I've made some bad business decissions, I was told that some how I can get a fresh start or a second chance for not understanding how credit companies work? its this true? if so how does it work?

No, it is not true. You have to try to pay off your bad debts and let time elapse with your paying on time and all your bills.

People who claim they can "fix" your credit are going to take you for a worse ride than you have already had.

Sorry, there's no do overs for not understanding the law. You can get a fresh start by filing bankruptcy, but this will ruin your credit for 7 years. You can do something less drastic by fixing your credit. There are lawyers and legal services that can help you fix your credit, without filing bankruptcy. Good luck.

don't trust any living tissue when it comes to credit card companies.Rumors like that are based on hearsay evidence and misunderstandings. be careful.
