Vitamin E creams are pretty much all the same. Just check the ingredients because you want a high %age of vitamin E. The higher up it is on the list of ingredients, the more of it there is.

Some people think natural vitamin E is better than synthetic.

Also, check to make sure the cream you are considering doesn't have any oils that might clog your pores. For example, some people don't like mineral oil but others are fine w/ it.

I'd start by looking at the selection at your local natural grocery store (i.e. Whole Foods).

Try The Body Shop's Vitamin E moisture cream. I use the entire Vitamin E range from sunscreen to eye gel and lip balm! I love how it makes my skin really soft and healthy looking all through out the day. Apply it thickly especially on roughened areas at night (your feet, elbows and hands) and notice the difference when you wake up the next day!

I find Sorbolene cream with Vitamin E is pretty good.
