What code would I use in VB to allow a user to edit the User_Agent header in a custom browser I am working on?

I am writing a custom browser and would like to add a function that would allow the user to be able to input a custom message in the User_Agent header. This would just be a kind've gitzy little thing to allow them to add kooky little quirks to their "net footprint" - I am programming this is in Visual Basic. Thank you!
