Man-O-war? Give me break. They might have the record for being the loudest band, but they damn sure aren't the fastest. I believe Napalm Death's drummer, Mick Harris, was clocked at 400 bpm....which is faster than most drum machines.....

elimination by overkill is one of the fastest i own that still sounds good. for loudness then that depends on your speakers.
