64 = ( 4 + 4 ) x ( 4 + 4 )
63 = ( ( 4 ^ 4 ) - 4 ) / 4
65 = ( ( 4 ^ 4 ) + 4 ) / 4

You haven't said that you can use exponent and factorial and decimal points and so on, but I don't think it can be done without them. Apart from 64, however, which is the easiest one :)

I salute the person who originally figured out 61 and 62; I don't think I would have got those!

61 = 4!/.4+4/4
62 = (.4+.4+4!)/.4
63 = (4^4-4)/4
64 = 4!-4+44
65 = (4^4+4)/4
