Ring your insurance provider on the toll free number and ask their recommendation of hospital. You do need to go. If the fetus is not passed adequately you can get serious infections. Sorry for your loss, it must be very scary to be going through it, especially away from home. Good luck.

If I thought I had a miscarriage, I would definitely see a doctor of some kind. If you have and your body doesn't properly get rid of the products of conception, you could get a deadly infection and/or risk not being able to conceive ever again. It is too risky not to at least be checked out and 20 day is too long to wait around.

I was 3 months pregnant or so and had major bleeding for one day and spoted the next, no miss carry though.
On my second i just spotted around my 3rd month but still no miss carry.
You should get a ultrasound done to be sure. Heavy bleeding with really bad cramps then yeah you miss carried, sorry.
I hope it all is well though and just a system cleaning by the body and not a miss carry

You really need to see a doctor. Find out a good quality hospital and go to the emergency room.
You most likely need a D&C
You could hemorage if you don't get proper medical care.
I would suggest you call your doctor at home and ask him.
Best thing for you is to be sure you are ok

I can understand not wanting to go to a dr. in a foreign country, but I would suggest doing so anyway. If you did have a miscarriage you need to be examined and possibly need a DNC. Failure to have one can cause you to become ill and/or die. Also, can cause future fertility problems.
Please see a doc sooner, rather than later.
you have my condolences.

Yes, you should go to a doctor. If nothing else, just to be sure that your baby is not hanging on.
We had the same mishap while vacationing in Hong Kong, and the doctor there took very good care of us, at a very low rate in fact.

You have to go to the doctor! You need a DNC. You could bleed to death. Why do you think you miscarried? You could have some normal bleeding around this time due to implantation. I hope everything works out. Get to a doctor!

First off how do you "think" you've had a miscarriage? If you did have one I would say go to a doctor as soon as possible...there could be other things wrong.

you should go but i don't think its that big of a deal if you don't want to go since your not in your country I think that it all comes out when you see the blood usually you need to be farther along i think before you need a dnc but you need to make sure. I'm sorry about your loss a lot of women have them so don't worry
