girl dont worry....i done the same thing...i hated drawing on my brows cause i couldnt go swimming, or wipe off my face without them coming off and lots of people asking questions....it takes alot of patience, since you got the stubs goin on trace over the stubs with your eyeliner , dont trace them on dark though, the darker the liner is, the more your brows look fake....but just keep tracin your brows(stubs)lightly until they grow back enough that you no longer have to trace them..trust me it works! no one will ever know unless you tell them of course.....but there isnt anything that will make your eyebrows grow back faster.

Well, it all starts out innocently. You have really bushy eyebrows and it hurts so much to pluck that you decide to do it the easy way and shave a little here, and a little there. Oops, a little too much there, let's even them up. Darn, a little too much off there now. Aw hell, just shave them all off and draw them in and wait for them to grow back.

2 to 3 months. You cant touch them. Let them grow and look disgusting. Then go to a profecional place to get them waxed. I had to do it. I looked like hell. I shaved mine for 3 years. I fu**in' hated it. Now I'm happy. Have pacience, maybe get some of those lonh bangs that are in style now and some of those big sun glasses. Buy the vitamin E from the store and rub just a little bit in the morning on them, that should fasten the process. Pray that they grow back. Some people are unfortunate.

Its going to take a good 2- 3 weeks for some hair to kick in. Its take approx 3 months for your full brow to grow back in.

It depends. Since you say there's already stubble, maybe a month or two? Good luck!! :)
BTW, I read that massaging the area will stimulate the follicles and make it grow faster. Maybe you can add that in to while you're moisturizing :)

You can use Rogaine to speed up the growth of your brow hairs. Here are 2 articles about it:

Here's the most comprehensive online article about eyebrows I've found (how to shape, growing cycle, etc.): http://cosmeticscop.com/learn/makeup.asp?ID=175
