My bf and I did the long distance relationship for 6 months and it almost killed me. We were only 2 hours away from each other but the travelling and not being able to see him during the week was really hard for me.
We missed each other so much and could barely conatin ourselves when we caught up again!!
We are living together now and we sometimes talk about how we can't believe that we got through it - as it felt like we were missing something when we were apart.
It was wrth the wait though - If you truly love someone you can wait for as long as it takes to be with them

Long distance relationships are like close relationship by the fact that you only get out of it what you put into it. One of the differences is that you have to have a tremendous amount of trust in each other. Communication is a must as it is in any strong relationship. It can work, but it is work. Don't so anything that you will regret. If you love each other you can make it work. Once again it is not easy it take a lot of commitment and work.

Hi There, whehter the relationship is a long distance one or short it is depend on us. yes there are many success stories. infact the long distnace relationships more stronger, clear in their goals etc., my frined stays in north america and his fiance stays in asia. and they have fantastic relationship. now more than 8 years they are still going strong.

I doubt they work. Unless you have two people who are very trusting and faithful.
