It seems to me through the TV shows i watch and through myspace, that british and americans are so much alike...

Yes, I think the British are becoming very Americanised. That is not to say that I think it is a good thing though.

The Internet is bringing the whole world together however I think our Internet presence is different from our real world presence. I'm sure most of us have lives away from the net.
Teenagers have been alike across the developed world since the 1950's when they were invented by Cliff Richard.

I would be happy about that, if I didn't think that it is because GB is becoming more like US and not US being more like them. We could use a little more refinement in the U.S.
