In aluminum tube found white powder(aluminum oxide),How to removed that?Whcih acid is to be used?

Acid is not harmfull to aluminum.

Aluminum oxide is a hard substance which develops as a film. The powder must be something else.

I would suggest nitric acid, because this does react with Al2O3 but doesn't react with Al.
