I disagree.....
Generally, men drive more then women. If the stats were done per mile driven, women would be statistically more apt to have an accident.
But accidents per yer, I could believe men would have more accidents then women.

lol i personally think the whole battle of the sexist thing is stupid... :P but if i have to pick a side then i would say guys are.... only because its a guy thing to compete and brag about who is the better driver.. so guys usually make sure they know how to drive well so they don't loose face to there mates...
then again my mate Nay is a Bloody brilliant driver so i guess I'd rather sit on the side line for this one.

I can only say from personal experience -- my mother is the best parker in the world and a fantastic driver. My father and one of my uncles drive waaaay too fast.
So I'm gonna have to say that women are better drivers.

Completely disagree. Mostly cause men dont talk on their cell phones all the time when they are driving, men dont have issues with PMS, and men are overall less distractable.

Women are more cautious than men on the road. They get into fewer fatal accidents. But i admit i think alot of women (including myself) hesitate too long when overtaking or going around a round-about.

I have to agree. The reason is that men are competitive and tend to show off for each other. In a driving situation that can be dangerous, And they tent to out smart themselves.

I think it should depend on the person.. not so much the sex of the person. I have seen great women drivers and great men drivers... and equally stupid, distracted drivers; both male and female.

Let's see ...I think it depends on how you define "better drivers" ....the men I know seem to take more risks, go faster and generally are not the safest beasts to be driving on the same highway with. So, I like to be safe...I'm going to say...women are better drivers.l

yes that is what they claim but i disagree there because men may drive fast but women are careless about puting makeup on or talking on phone and not paying attention to what they are doing.
