No...you cannot get any part of his check nor does his disability qualify you for medical.
If you have minor children, they would be entitled to a dependents check until they graduate from HS.

No. You are not entitled to his disability benefits. Disability benefits through Social Security are considered separate property. Disability benefits through a private insurer may be part of marital property. You are entitled to Social Security retirement benefits if you were married to him at least 10 years and 1 day. Disability benefits would be included as income for determination of child support.
If you're eligible for the retirement portion, be sure to read all three pages at this link.

Only he receives the medical. If you need medical for the children, you either have to get a job that includes insurance and then pay the family premium, or ask Social Services if you are eligible for whatever programs they have for medical insurance.

My son is 18 and is still in high school. He's only a junior and will not graduate until 19. When he turned 18 the checks had only his name on them. Instead of my name parent of so and so. Sorry to say but... once you graduate the money stops. They would send me a form requesting info concerning school / and what the money is spent on. Because of that form they no he is still in school and the money doesn't stop until graduation. Bye the way if he drops out before graduation then the money stops.

You can only get it if he died and you were married to him for 10 years before the divorce otherwise you can't. Also you'd have to be disabled or 62 years old and if you have kids you may be able to get something if you can prove that the kids need it.

Well you have to be over 62 or disabled yourself and you have to have been married for at least 10 years then you might qualify. If you have kids by him you may qualify for something each month

I do not believe that you are entitled to a cent of his disability benefits once you divorce. Unfortunately, you will have to go out and get a job to support yourself.
