What to say to those who think its natural and makes you smarter to take drugs?
and who think that the government is just trying to hold us down and drugs heighten things and are natural cause they come out of the ground and important to become smarter and expand your thinking. at 15 years of age!!!!
and he says that some of us are put on this world to be visionaries and the drugs help this or something that are supposed to show the rest of the world this.
Help what to say?

The things that he is saying are the same things that were being said in the 1960's when the drug culture started. Pray for him. You might try saying that arsenic is natural and comes out of the ground but that it will kill you but I suspect that he will just ignore that.
In the 1960's, marijuanna users thought that if everyone in the world smoked it that all of the problems would be solved. You might mention that to him and remind him that there are more problems in the world now than there was then.
I don't know how close this person is to you but if he continues to use drugs his grades in school will go down if they haven't already. If he's in your family, sometimes an intervention can be done. A chemical dependency treatment center will be able to tell you how to go about this.
If you're his parent, tell him you will not allow him to use drugs and that they are illegal.

Its really going to be hard to change the mind of someone who thinks this way, even at 15. Sometimes it's not what we can say to people that will help them, sometimes all we can do is be there and try to steer them in the right direction but the most we can do is pray nothing bad happens and they will see their way is wrong, and hope that it doesn't take something bad to learn it all the hard way.
Also, not everything that is natural is good for us. Poisonous berries come outta the ground, he gonna eat them too?

15 years old is not an uncommon age to be using drugs. I started using when I was 13, luckily I stopped by the time I was 16, but a lot of my friends from high school are now in jail from drug problems. From what he's saying he's completely baked, or he's trying to deny what drugs do to you. Really I wouldnt say anything about it. If he's truly addicted, you arent just gonna be able to talk him out of it.

i had to turn away from a lot of my good friends because they started using drugs its hard but if you dont want to be dragged in you have to leave
