being right can get you...fired, doesn't get you the girl/boy of your dreams, might get you left, envied, hated...
In addition, often there is more than one truth, one answer, one solution...
Being clever helps you survive, to be in the moment...
Check out the website of my favorite artist Wolfgang Bauer, that examins societal issues of gender-markers and tests your viewpoint on what's right and wrong.

sorry, I'm not going to pick just one. If you are right, people will hate you and deny you. If you are clever, you create unnecessary and dangerous problems for yourself and others. Both options suck. But it is no better being wrong and idiotic. That has its own whole set of difficulties. But you can make a choice for yourself about which of these you prefer. Just remember, if it pays to be right, why is the world so chock full of people who are so wrong, and if it is advantageous to be clever, why are so many people so dim?

being clever, right is not always the best option, if you are right there is never a chance to learn from your mistakes, but by being clever you have the chance to form your own ideas and take the chance to be either right or wrong.

clever does not always work, but from a practical point of view, clever is the preferable option. i do however really like being right.

You can be right but risk criticism if its not handled properly. You must have courage to do this. Some would rather be clever and find a way for others to reveal the true facts for them. This could be seen as manipulative and sneaky. If you speak the truth there's no need to be clever. It takes moral courage to do what is right. I would rather get my facts straight and be right.

In many circumstances there is more than one "right" answer. Only a clever person would see that.

According to me,being right is better than being clever. One cannot ALWAYS be right even if he is clever, but one being right shows his disesiveness .One being right is important than one being clever.Disesiveness shows one's cleverness.Anyways.Everyone has its one view and every coin has two sides.Beig right always can cause egoitic, but same with the cleverness too. It depends on ones nature (being egoitic).

Being clever...you can think outside the box. Being right only makes you egotistical.

But can't you be both? Kidding. I always say clever. Why? because people who are right are people who memorize facts. People who are clever see beyond that scope....besides people who think theyre right are snobs...haha
