Mine is a Persian rug. No, really, you can buy a mousepad with a Persian rug pattern, complete with fringes on the edges. It even feels like a fine carpet surface. It's really beautiful and comes in all sorts of patterns and designs. I love it! I get lots of compliments on it at work (I bought one for the home and one for the office).
