Andrew Johnson, although it was a pretty lame impeachment. The Radical Republicans were very angry with President Johnson because he vetoed several measured that punished the South and wasn't as radical as they were. So they retributed and impeached him on a very minor issue that dealt with firing of officials. He missed conviction and removal in the Senate by one vote.
