I really don't want to have to replace them, so I was wondering if there are any miracle tricks for removing scratches.

Usually vendors have a warranty, Im not sure if they would cover scratches but in some cases you can take them back to were they were originaly purchased them and see if they can exchange them.
In the case that you've had these glasses for a while try taking them to a sunglass shop and inquire about replacing the lenses for u.

DIY is risky - you might make it worse so take your sunglasses to an optician & see if he/she can help you.

theres something at autozone that they use for minor scratches on windows im sure you can use it for glasses
