I don't know about any websites specifically related to this topic. However, my opinion is that requirement of military or civilian service would be unconstitutional. Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence that all men are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The First Amendment entitles all citizens to the right to free speech, press, petition, assembly, and religion. There are many among us, myself for instance, who have no desire to serve in the military. I greatly respect the sacrifices of those who do serve. However, I simply have no interest in military service. Since we are not at war, there is no need to draft citizens into military service.
