A few free resources – check out the sources box for links:
1) Create a blog pertaining to your field
2) Use Yahoo! Local & Yahoo! Groups – Be sure to read the TOS for each one!
3) Write articles pertaining to your field and/or expertise.
4) Advertise on Craiglist
Also, consider signing up for an affiliate program. These programs enable you to advertise on other's sites (your affiliates) and once a sale is made to you, your affiliates & the program are paid a commission.

Traveling is about play and fantasy. Sell the dream of living in a paradise of interests. Selling vacations and trips should be a lot easier than selling advertisement space. As least the buyer is guaranteed to have a new experience.

I went to college to be a travel agent. You have to be certified.
Once you are, you deal directly with Airlines etc. People come to you for needs locally. I have no idea how you could run one over the Internet without being certified.
People want to deal with someone they know they can go to if there is a problems .. otherwise they do the work themselves ... not sure how you could advertise for that?

I went to GDI and they gave me Domain Name, My own Website, Up to 10 E-mail accounts just for $10.00 a months.
Also I bacame their affiliate and its paying off. You can join for free and after 7 days , if you like it then you can join the team. Here is my website:
