Yes. Lying will get you nowhere. The truth always comes out eventually. For me, anything can be worked out as long as your honest. But once you lie, it complicates things, and then you'll never be trusted again.

When a friend is wearing a pink miniskirt that has fat busting out all directions and she asks me "How do I look?" then yes it is. Why make her look like a fool in public? Id rather hurt her feelings once than have her ridiculed all night.
When I have a hangover and I dont want to go to work I think honesty is not the best policy and that why I use my children and say they are sick

In the long run then Honesty is the best policy, although a lie may 'seem' the better option at the time !

Honesty us the best policy in some cases. I do not condone lying unless you are forced to lie and even then it is wrong. Just follow your heart/gut whatever. You know what's best.

For the most part...yes...but if someone, for example, showed me a picture of their baby and he was really not cute, I would still tell them that he was adorable....
