I wish that we all spoke the same language. Languages cause all the problems in the world because we cannot communicate with each other. If we all spoke english, or french, or chinese, we'd all be able to talk and not misinterpret what the other person is saying.

Personally, my primary focus would be on somehow making things alright for the one I love. And spread these changes to also help other people. For instance, I'd make stress a LOT less troubling, and a lot rarer. Then I'd simply go back, change history so that people who .. hurt her badly, were never born... I know, this is pretty much how I respond to most any question of this type. But, that's how I am...

I would eliminate email spam, make a software program that allows ONLY emails from address book to be received and ban the use of the childish practice of FWD's.

Okay, since it can be unrealistic: No cars, no trains, no planes. Just horses and dirt trails. The massive drop in population would follow in short order.
