One of mine is numbers and letters eg when I'm going down the street I cant stop myself checking out number plates and making words out of the letters and adding/multiplying the numbers, I know I know it's completely insane but I never claimed sanity.

I totally do that! I make words out of the letters in license plates or the numbers of houses remind me of stuff like the first two equal the last one, and so on. I always thought I was the only one who did that.

i click my bottom and top teeth together everytime i drive by a telephone or light pole when driving or walking. not hard, just a light tap. so weird... i also obsess about stupid things. example:
ok, you know the big tropicana orange cartons?
do you know the mini ones that are drinking boxes?
yeah, so i want to measure them both and do the ratio between them, and then make a mini breakfast (small plate, eggs, so on) to match the ratio.
therefore, it will look like someone took a shrinkray to the big breakfast!
i know, i need professional help.

Well I'm a bit of a perfectionist, i like even not odd numbers , little differences in any thing really bugs me and i hate clutter.
I drive my family nutz some days , lol xxx

Not sure if its a quirk, but I hate being late for anything....would rather turn up an hour early than five minutes late....
