Should a person be required to take a driver's test every 3 years once they turn 65?

I figure if somebody is allowed to collect the Social Security I am paying for and will never see myself, they should be required to pass a driver's test once in a while so that they do not kill me.

I'll take a 16 yo with raging hormones and his 3000 dollar car insurance over Abraham Lincoln with his sunglasses on in his 5000 pound Lincoln any day...

65 is arbitrary. Some have no business driving at 25; some have every bit of business driving at 75. No 85 or 95. Let's ask those folks respectfully to stop.

How about every other year from 65 to 75, and annually thereafter.

Old folks, particularly little old ladies who can barely see through the wheel are a serious danger on the highways.

I don't know about 65, but when eye sight or reaction speed starts to dim, YES.

Yep that's reasonable. Young people already have/had stringent tests put on them, and older people are often dangerous, so I don't see why not.
