I think with all the crazy stunts they've been pulling lately, we won't have to worry about the democrats getting office any time soon.

If you look at history, two president have won elections on the basis of ending an unpopular war, Eisenhower and Nixon. Eisenhower ended the fighting, but we still have troops in Korea over 50 years later, Nixon tried to win and it ended badly for everyone involved. A new president might find a third way, but the most likely scenarios will not be complete withdrawal no matter which party wins the election. I doubt the Bush policies would be continued by anyone, with the possible exception of McCain.

If a Democrat gets elected, they will find it difficult to pull out as they are now promising. The resulting chaos would just be too dangerous. The US will be stuck there until some sort of real government is created by the Iraqis.

They can't. That's the reason they pushing so hard to get Bush to pull out. If the troops are still in Iraq when a Dem becomes Pres and they pull them out every thing that goes wrong after the pullout will be their fault. If they can get Bush to do it then they can blame him for the diaster that occurs afterwards.

Yes, they will withdraw. The result will be a continuing civil war, which is exactly what the people who know the Middle East told Bush would happen if he tried this.

Doubtful. Seems the democratic candidates are content to ride that bandwagon to election day, then sell their voters down the river fast, quick and in a hurry. This might sound familiar: "I oppose this war, so I want to keep it going for a while longer." (Spoken in actions, not words.)

a great impediment on your "fulfillment" is going to be your incoherence and seeming lack of ability to construct an intelligible sentence utilising the English language. Democrats have THAT income over you first of all and that i think of numerous greater out of your loss of psychological acumen.

Most of America wants to withdraw from Iraq. Are you saying all of them are Dems?
