Both products are really good, the odor is not bad either.
I have used this many times. (Paint for plastic)

The first no-sand, no prep, superbond spray paint for plastic! It creates a professional finish that won't chip, peel, or fade.

Krylon makes special paint just for plastic, the smell will go away after a few days. I believe once the paint is dry it will become non-toxic so if the baby licks it, there will be no adverse effects. I also recommend checking into kids paints which are specifically made for the kids room, colors are bright and durable. Good Luck.

RE:
What kind of paint can I use on plastic?
Hi,
I would like to know what's the better paint to use on plastic, but that it won't smell too strong I want to use it on a baby wipe case and what can I use for a glossy finish that won't have a strong smell too.
Thank you

I'm into one stroke painting and I've never painted on plastic but I use folk art acrylics and Donna Dewberry who is the one-stroke painting queen released a book all about painting on plastic and she always recommends folk art acrylic paints.

Traditional Method: Surface should be prepared prior to painting. If it's dirty or greasy, the paint will peal. Clean (degrease) surface with brush cleaner, sand lightly with med grit sand paper, wipe surface. Keep surface free of dust throughout the process. Apply 1 or 2 thin coats of primer, allow time to dry. You can sand these too, if uneven. Paint with acrylic paint, allow dry time. Apply a top coat of polyurethane.
