My ankle was broken seriously when I run down the
mountain. I fell down coming over a riser bump in the snow. Now, I am in an aircast and walking on crutches for 6 weeks minimum. I feel so sad and depressed like I am useless person now when I could not do anything for good by myself. How do I overcome this situation sooner?

Be thankful that, after the accident, you still have a chance to do what you were doing before the accident.
Let me bore you with a story.

Years ago I surfed, took martial arts, mountain biked, road biked, skateboarding, bodybuilding, etc.(no joke)
Now, because of a neuromuscular disease for which I have a leg brace strapped to each leg, I can't do a damn thing.
My muscles have atrophied in my extremities(calves and forearms) and I will never get this muscle back.
talk about a head trip- the sports I used to do are lifestyles. EVERYTHING CHANGED.
I started drinking like a fish: taking aspirin to the point where I wound up in the hospital with a hole in my stomach(the hospital pumped a quart of blood from my stomach, etc)
Anyway, I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture.

Point is, any time you would like to trade places with me, let me know!

As an aside, even though I thought I was Joe freakin Cool back then, I have more success with women now than I ever did. The women I have dated lately tell me that they would not have been interested in me as I used to be as I was a thrill seeking a'hole who thought I was hotsh*t. I guess having to go through all that I have had to deal with has made me a better person. Rough way to get here, but something good can come from anything if you let it.
So, no matter what happens, keep your head up.
