You could use your Yahoo 360 to put your picture.
Go to your 360, download your picture, save it, go to your profile on Yahoo answers, edit your profile then click on the button where it says use your 360 picture then save. I hope I was clear on that.

You Need To Create A 360 To Upload Pictures To, You Can Put Up To 4 URL's In The Edit Section~The 360 Doesn't Have To Be Public, It's Just Needed To Host The Pictures. You Can Find The Link On Yahoo's Main Page~

YOU HAVE TO START A 360 PAGE FIRST !!!! Go to your avatar, click on that, it should say edit profile, click on that & your details should come up , then you use your 360 picture as your main profile !!!! good luck

create a 360 profile and put a pic on there...then here on Y!A go to edit my info and it will give you the option to put your pic instead of your avatar.
