I hate the mile bec. im a middle distance so i never try hard, but i can run about a 5:30 , and i run about a 5:10 or under if i try. Im only 15 and if you dont believe me i run the 800 in 2:14 so thxx...

8 minutes, when I was younger I could run it in 6 minutes and sometimes less.
I suck at running now, I hate it! I am more of a short distance runner.
