you need a router that has dual WAN ports and there aren't many that make them. check out the D-Link DI-LB604 below:

Yes, here is a description of one that has 2 broadband connections. You can google dual dsl router to find others.

The 800turbo is a solid cable/dsl router that supports two broadband connections and unlimited IPSEC VPN outbound connections. The 800turbo performs load balancing on your outgoing requests (where appropriate) splitting the traffic between your broadband connections. The built in 8 port switch allows for a great deal of LAN expansion before needing additional hardware. Even without the dual-wan connection, the Nexlan does a good job of standing above its competition by offering advanced features like MAC address based security, advanced PPPoE support, a user defined MTU, a backup serial modem/idsn connection and more.

Netgear has one as well as many others, these routers offer alot of benifit like redundancy. If you get cable and dsl you have two different sources of internet and usually will stay connected. They even will load balance and keep files moving very fast.

The one I like is Airepoch 802.11 b/G High Speed Feature Rich Indoor HotSpot Access Gateway

even has page redirect and direct user management etc. Thus the hot spot claim.
