Yes, they sell Rit dye just about everywhere, mix with water in a bucket you won't mind ruining, and soak your garment per the instructions, then rinse, alone cos the dye will stain anything else it comes into contact with, rinse again, and wash alone. Make sure you leave it in the dye long enough and keep rinsing until you get the color/tone you want. Be sure to wash it with like colors from now on to avoid staining other clothes that shouldn't be blue.

It should do, but just make sure that it has no special finishes on the fabric. Also, the stitching may dye a different shade to the rest of the garment. I've dyed loads of stuff in my washing machine, using the Dylon dyes and they've come out great. oh, and another thing, be careful how you dry the skirt. Dont hang it on the line in direct sunlight. it will fade really fast.

Yes, but it would be a light blue. Just make sure your dye works on linen. and Follow all the directions to the T.

Be carefull alot of linen garments don't dye, you will have to check the instuctions of the dye to see if it will work xx
