Ok my dogs killed this whole rabbit family. Luckily we saved one. The only problem is we cant get it to eat. We are using the formula stuff, and well that is pretty much all it can eat since it is so young. So please help someone.

Wild rabbits can decline in health and get stressed out very easily.

You should immediately take the animal to a vet (most veterinarians will take in wildlife, and work with a wildlife rehab group to get them back into the environment when healthy).

My best friend actually found a bird today, and did this. The bird was found to have a broken leg/wing, and the wildlife rehabs have already been called to take care of releasing the animal once it is fully healed.

She did not have to pay any veterinary costs, since this isn't a domesticated pet issue.

If you can't get to a vet, please call your local wildlife rehabhilitators.

Wild rabbits can decline in health very quickly in comparison to domesticated ones, and even hurt themselves out of stress/fear.

Hope this helps.

Call a wildlife rescue. NOT animal control.
Most areas have volunteers who rescue wildlife and they may help if its a wild rabbit. If its a domestic/pet rabbit - contact a rabbit rescue

This is kind of tough to answer because you're already using the formula. Take it to the vet if you can afford it. Maybe some mashed up carrots or carrot baby food.
Try looking up information by searching the internet, and ask someone who works in a pet store.

Call your local shelter and ask who they use for wildlife rescue.

It is almost impossible to save a baby bunny. They NEED their mothers. You need to get this baby to an experienced rehabilitator ASAP.

Good luck.
