I've been to this shop in Ballard and it is well known nationwide. I've been to the budha place on broadway and it's not as hmmm.... professional as these guys. There are others as well, but I was most impressed with "slave to the needle". Hope the links help.

Flaming Dragon in Tacoma two locations 38th street and one on 6th ave, the 6th ave locatuion is best. Scott Schafer is the artist and he specialises in asian artwork as well as full body but i have a few pieces from him that are neither that are beautiful google his name and you will see all his national awards for tattoos

I don't know its name, but my friend goes to a good place on Broadway Ave. on Capitol Hill. I think there's a "Buddha" in the name.
