it all depends on whose perspective you take, and who has something to gain. i'm think i'm open-minded... but you might call that ambivalent or wishy-washy.

do you have a strength that someone else might call a weakness? if you wanted to, how could you change their mind?

Most of my strengths were viewed as weakness..
my being passive & under control makes people think im a coward, but this tell more about them than me. they only judge courage by things accomplished, not by the disaster it prevents.
my being openminded & my love of Wonder were often misjudged as being fickle & doubtful. but then again these people dont realize that as a human being we need to be flexible to changes... & the mind could help if it seeks answers to the questions of the heart.
then there's my empathy, for being too sensitive
& some people brand me pessimistic for being realistic.

but these dont bother me at all...
the general truth is, all of our strengths can be weaknesses..
not only if they're taken on both extremes..
but also if they're not used with a good intention.

I would say Tolerance.
Very often we are confronted , in our everyday life , by the behaviour of people .( Verbal aggressiveness most of the time)
Our first reaction would be to behave the same .
I " TRY " to understand why are the reasons of this behaviour.
It happens that this same person has to face problems which are not easily detected .( Depression , Very serious illness , Family lost , Addiction etc etc.)
Once i am aware of what's going on or what's happening in this person"s life , MAY BE i will succeed in being tolerant and then be considered as weak .
Thank you for your question.

I understand the values of different arguments, I don't take sides or play favorites. I don't like to be called republican when I can agree with the dems and independents. << not many people think that way and its not a one foot in, one foot out idea either.

Its fairly simple really. It's not like I only wear a bright yellow shirt because it's the safest color, its more like I can wear any shirt.
Agree with the best answer per question.
Excel when people are stuck asking the same questions.
I sound like I'm promoting myself.. LOL *shrug*

I am very easily amused and always have been. I used to get into trouble in school growing up for laughing so much. I laugh longer at jokes than most people, and regularly laugh until I can't breathe and start crying.
I used to be ashamed because people gave me funny looks sometimes, but I now I wouldn't have it any other way. I wish everyone could enjoy life as much, and laugh a little more easily!

In the words of Jack Handy:

"If you think a weakness can be turned into a strength, I hate to tell you this, but that's another weakness."

People consider talking alot as a sign of confidence and I tend to be quiet at times. Not that I'm shy; however, I believe that if you don't have anything to add to a conversation then you should be quiet. Also, talking alot is not a sign of intelligence in my opinion. Sometimes you need to be quiet and observe your surroundings.

I bond really easy. If you think about it, my loving nature makes it easy to make friends and keep them, and I rarely fight with them unless we just don't get along. The only bad part to this trait is when someone (including when my dog will) dies, I have a nervous breakdown that lasts a couple of days.

Yes I am very sympathetic and generous, and I get used and taken advantage of, but I also have been able to make a positive difference in many lives too.
