Britney Spears isnt the prettiest girl in the world. The world has thousands of pretty girls the world over of different races and nationalities. Theres no such thing as the prettiest girl in the world. Hilliary Duff definitely is a cute and pretty girl. Shes classier than Britney. As for singing now i would say Britney has the better voice

Your crazy. Britney Spears is a complete skank. Hillary Duff is MUCH better looking than her. Also she has natural beauty, which is something that Britney Spears doesn't have and never will have.
