No, I don't believe Miley Cyrus would post something ridiculously stupid like this. She seems too nice and normal.
Also, sweetie, she said in an interview that she wouldn't ever identify herself as, um, herself online unless it was on her official myspace or on her website.
If you really were to be Miley Cyrus, which of course you're not, I'd have NO respect for her whatsoever. Only idiotic celebrities would go around saying "I'M A FAMOUS TV STAR!"
Do something more useful with your time...
